Achari hen Recipe/Rooster Achaari/अचारी चिकन रेसिपी

Achari (generally referred to as achaar or achar) means pickle. Mainly, this can be a hen dish that’s made with all of the spices one would usually use in an indian pickle. This can be very fragrant and scrumptious, It goes nicely with plain rice or chapatis/parathas.

hen -500g
2 medium dimension onion paste
2 medium dimension tomato paste
1+1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
100 g yogurt
half tsp mustard seeds
1/Four tsp fenugreek seeds
three/Four tsp fennel seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp coriander seeds
half tsp nigella seeds
1 tsp salt
1 tsp purple chili powder
half tsp turmeric powder
Four-5 inexperienced chilies

wash the hen correctly and hold it apart.
Crush all achar spices(besides nigella seeds) right into a kharal or mixer jar.

Add crushed achar spices besides nigella seeds and yogurt. fry it until water will get dry.
 Add nigela seeds and half a cup of water, carry a boil on excessive flame, simmer the flame and canopy it with a id , prepare dinner for 10-12 min.
 Add inexperienced chilies and prepare dinner for one more 2 min on low flame.
 flip off the flame.
Serve with roti, naan or paratha.
