A French delicacies impressed dish hen au gratin with greens and macaroni pasta. a whole meal itself. very scrumptious with the goodness of cheese and white sauce with juicy hen, veggies and macaroni pasta. twisted with Italian herbs. If you’d like it to be absolutely vegetarian simply omit the hen.

Substances:
boneless hen cubes – 250g
boiled macaroni pasta – 1 cup
milk – 1 and half cup
onion outer layer – 5 to six
onion cubes – 1 medium
capsicum cubes – 1 medium
minced garlic – 1 tbsp
refined flour – 1tbsp
butter – 1tbsp
white oil – 2tbsp
salt – to style
pepper – 1tbsp
chili flakes – 1tsp
cloves – three
cinnamon stick – 1 cm piece
Italian combine herbs – 1 tsp
