Ingrediens for 2 #Hellofresh Chicken Burger with Homemade Fries

500g Potatoes
Salt I Pepper I Oil I Olive Oil
Baby Salad
1 Tomato
1 Red Onion
Fresh Oregano
Sour Cream (1 cup)
2 Chicken breasts
Brioche buns



Preheat your oven to 200°C I 395°F. Peel the potatoes and cut into 1 cm thick fries. Place on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt & pepper to taste and place into the hot oven. Cooking time approximately 20 min until crisp and golden brown.

In the meantime, slice the tomato, prepare the lettuce and pluck the oregano. Also cut the mozzarella cheese into slices as desired. Put the sour crem into a small bowl, season with salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Finely slice the red onion and sauté on medium heat for 10 min until soft and slightly caramelized. Season with salt, sugar and pepper (approx. 1 teaspoon of each) and put aside.

For the last 10 minutes of the homemade fries, add the brioche bun into oven.

Season the chicken breasts with salt from both sides and fry in a pan at medium high heat for 4 minutes at each side until folly cooked.

To finish the burger, slice the brioche buns in halves, add sour cream on each side and spread evenly.

Add some lettuce on the bottom bun & oregano on the top bun. Slice the chicken, add onto the salad and top with the onion jam. Add the mozzarella and serve with the fries and enjoy!
