EASY AND SIMPLE Selfmade Nihari – sluggish cooked meat shank

Sluggish cooked meat/ lamb in earthy spices like chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, cumin powder. Nihari is a fall of the bone scrumptious lamb /mutton/ beef shank with gravy. This model totally conventional Nihari recipes is spicy and filled with taste.

Elements:

Mutton-500gm
onion-2 medium
garlic-10 huge cloves
Tomato-1 medium
salt-1tsp
pink chilli powder-1tsp
turmeric powder-½tsp
oil-Three tbsp
Shan nihari masala- ½ packet

terka:

desi ghee/ butter-4Tbsp
onion -½ small

serving with:

Ginger
lemon
inexperienced chilli
