Today I cook for you a delicious Asian favourite, Sambal Udang, or an Asian Chilli Shrimp / Prawn Recipe. It’s pretty simple and quick to make and is spicy and warming.

4 to 6 tablespoons sambal / chilli paste
prawns / shrimp
1 tablespoon prawn paste
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon tamarind
1/2 teaspoon tumeric
1/3 to1/2 cup hot water
1 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoons soy sauce
The flavour is strong so eat with rice and vegetables 🙂
