Am back again with a simply simple delicious dish
A great side for rice dishes, can be made as a filling for Masal dosa (kinda crepes 😀 ) and Sandwich too.
The list just goes onnnn since this lovely masala is tasty, healthy and goes well with any main dish.
Now lets dive into the ingredients.
Ingredients (Serves 3):
Just chop and dump in whatever vegetables you have handy.
We have used the below veggies*
*Beetroot – 1
Carrot – 2
Cauliflower – 50gm
Urulaikizhangu [Potato] – 1
Kadalai [Fresh Peanuts] – Handful (optional); Soak them in water for 5-10 mins*
Vengayam [Onion] – 1
Poondu [Garlic cloves] – 4
Karuvepillai [Curry leaves] = 2 arcs
Soambu [Fennel seeds] – ½ spoon
Oil – 2 spoons
Turmeric – ½ spoon
Sambar podi – 2 spoons
Uppu [Salt] – 1 spoon and later add as per taste
Water – ½ or ¾ cup (Any broth or veg stock can be used)
