Substances;
Mutton leg 1
Egg 1
Uncooked papaya paste 1 cup
Yogurt half of cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Crimson chili powder Three tbsp
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Oil Three-Four tbsp
Inexperienced coriander for garnish (elective)
Meals colour 1 pinch
Salt to style

METHOD;
1-Make deep slits on the mutton leg with a pointy knife.
