All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Crimson chili powder Three tbsp
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Oil Three-Four tbsp

1-Make deep slits on the mutton leg with a pointy knife.
