1 crimson pepper, sliced
1 yellow pepper, sliced
1 small crimson onion, sliced
2 boneless, skinless hen breasts
three carrots, sliced on the bias
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup snow peas
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
four cups cooked brown rice

Chipotle Lime Sauce
½ cup olive oil
½ cup lime juice
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1 teaspoon chipotle powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt, to style
Pepper, to style

Teriyaki Sauce
1 cup soy sauce
½ cup honey
1 tablespoon contemporary ginger, minced
1 tablespoon contemporary garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sesame oil

Preheat oven to 425˚F/220˚C.
Spray a parchment paper-lined baking sheet with cooking spray. Place the crimson pepper, yellow pepper, and crimson onion on the left half of the sheet and the carrots, broccoli, and snow peas on the precise half. Put aside.
