Pepper Rooster
Components: Rooster – 1 kg
Gingelly / Sesame Oil – 1 to 2 Tbsp
Shallots – 300 gms (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – half tsp
Chili powder – 2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1 tsp
Salt
Pepper powder – 5 tsp
Few Curry leaves

Methodology:
1. Warmth oil in a large pan. Add the shallots and saute until clear.
2. Add Ginger garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Chili powder, Coriander powder & Cumin powder. Combine nicely.
three. Now add the Rooster items, Salt & Pepper. Combine gently.
four. Add Water until it covers the rooster items. Shut and cook dinner the Rooster.
5. Now open and cook dinner until oil separates.
6. Lastly add Curry leaves and extra Pepper powder. Gently combine and switch off the range. Carried out!
