RECIPE BELOW: This healthy stir fry fish dish is simple to prepare and taste absolutely delicious!

Serves 4

Ingredients:
• 1-1.25 # cod fillets
• 4 green onions, halved and cut in quarters
• 1″-piece ginger, sliced
• 3/4 C chicken stock
• Cornstarch slurry (2 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 4 Tbsp water ) more if needed
• 1 Tbsp oyster sauce
• 1 Tsp soy sauce
• 1 Tsp sesame oil
• 1 Tsp Shaoxing wine
• Oil for cooking

Marinade:
• 1 Tsp seasoning salt (5:3:2 ratio of salt:sugar:msg*optional)
• 1/2 Tsp white pepper
• 1 Tsp sesame oil
• 1 Tbsp Shaoxing wine
