three tbsp soy sauce

Seitan Cutlets:
1 ¼ cup important wheat gluten
½ cup chilly vegetable broth
¼ cup soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed/grated
1 tsp grated lemon (non-obligatory)
