Spicy Fish Croquettes Recipe in English:

Components:
-Oil 2-Three tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 massive
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tsp
-Fish boneless cubes 500 gms
-Lemon juice Three tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Purple chili powder) 1 & ½ tsp or to style
-Curry powder 1 tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to style
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 250 gms
-Hara dhania & Podina (Contemporary coriander & Mint leaves) chopped ½ Cup
-Pickled jalapenos finely chopped 2 tbs
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup
-Bread crumbs ½ Cup or as required
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup or as required
-Oil for frying

Instructions:
-In frying pan,add oil,onion,ginger garlic paste and blend properly.
-Add fish and blend properly.
-Add lemon juice,cumin seeds,coriander seeds,crimson chili powder,curry powder,turmeric powder and salt, combine properly and cook dinner for 2-Three minutes.
-Add tomato paste,combine properly and cook dinner till it dries up & let it cool.
-In bowl,add potatoes and mash properly.
-Add cooked fish combination,contemporary coriander & mint leaves,pickled jalapenos.
-Grease your hand with oil and blend properly.
-Take a combination and make a form of croquettes.
-In eggs,add water and whisk properly.
-In bread crumbs,add paprika powder and blend properly.
-Now coat fish croquettes in all-purpose flour,dip into crushed egg then coat in bread crumbs.
-In wok,warmth oil and fry croquettes till golden brown.

-Bowl mein aloo dal ker ache tarhan mash ker lein.
-Cooked fish combination,hara dhania & podina aur pickled jalapenos dal dein.
-Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Combination ko ker croquettes ki form bana lein.
-Anday mein pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Bread crumbs mein paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan combine ker lein.
-Ab fish croquettes ko maida mein coat ker ka pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein phir bread crumbs mein coat ker lein.
