Components for two Servings:

Rice – 1 bowl boiled
Onion, Potatoes, Carrot, Capsicum, Corn, Cottage cheese(Paneer), Inexperienced peas, Mushroom – 1/Four cup
Oil – Three tbsp.
Salt, Pink chilli powder, Turmeric powder – To style
Coriander leaves, Inexperienced Chillies, Lemon Juice – For garnishing


Warmth oil in a pan, add cumin seeds after which fry onions until mild brown. Now add potatoes and fry for couple of minutes, then add carrot, saute until each tender. Then add capsicum, saute for 1-2 minutes then add corn kernels after which inexperienced peas. Lastly add cottage cheese (Paneer). Now, add salt, purple chilli powder, turmeric powder and blend nicely. Now, add boiled rice, combine nicely and prepare dinner for one more Three-Four minutes. Add 1 tbsp. of lemon juice, garnish with coriander leaves and inexperienced chillies. Serve scorching.
