Straightforward Indian Meat Ball Kofta Curry recipe – Anglo Indian model

This Meat Ball Kofta Curry is a Anglo Indian Sunday lunch. Ball Curry.

For Koftas
half kg Beef Mince ( you should utilize another meat)
1 small onion finely diced
Corriander chopped
four chillies chopped to style
1 tbs Curry pwd
Salt to style.
half cup bread crumbs. Use as wanted.
Combine all above in a bowl collectively and kind into small balls.

For Curry ( gravy)
1 Massive onion diced,
1 Massive tomato diced
1″ pcs of ginger chopped
three cloves garlic chopped
1. half tbsp curry pwd
1 tbsp paprika pwd ( for color)
Chilli pwd to style.
salt to style
half Cup Oil.

1. Warmth Oil in pan and fry chopped onions until translucent.
2. Add Ginger and Garlic and fry until you odor the aroma.
three. Add chopped tomatoes and cook dinner on low until tomatoes are delicate.
four. Add all Curry pwd, salt and chilli pwd and cook dinner for a minute. Watch out to not burn your spices.
5. Add Potatoes and cook dinner until it’s practically carried out.
6. Add Meat Ball and cook dinner, gently turning so it cooks on either side.
Add a little bit of water alongside the way in which for gravy.
