1. 6 piece rui fish
2. three piece chopped onion
three. 2 tbsp onion paste
four. 2 tbsp garlic paste
5. 2 tbsp zinger paste
6. 1 tsp lemon squash
7. 2 tsp turmeric powder
eight. 2 tsp crimson chili powder
9. 2 chopped tomato
10. 1 tsp cumin seeds powder
11. 1 tsp coriander powder
12. Some coriander leaves
13. Salt 2 tbsp
14. 1/4th cup oil
Straightforward Rohu Fish Curry Recipe, Bengali Rui Mach Kalia, Rookies, Nian’s Cooking Diary Process:
1. Wash slice rohu fish. add 1tsp turmeric powder,1tsp crimson chili powder, 1tsp salt,1 tsp garlic paste,1tsp zinger paste & lemon squash with fish.combine this & maintain apart for marinate 30 minutes.
2. In a pan warmth oil completely. Pour all fish in oil.fry this each half till deep brown color. Fry this in excessive flame. It’ll take 6 minutes. three minutes in each half aside. After ending fry, took fried fish in a bowl.
three. Now add some extra oil in your fried pan. Warmth oil. Add chopped onion and roast in brown color. Then add one after the other onion paste, zinger paste, garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, turmeric powder & crimson chili powder. Stir to combine all spices. Sauté this in low flame, it would take 5-6 minutes.
four. Add chopped tomato. Once more sauté 5-6 minutes in low medium flame with cowl till tomatoes are gravy.
5. Now combine 2 cup of water. Cowl the pan to boil water. then put all fried fish in water. once more cowl with lid in medium flame.
6. After some minutes, put the lid & rotate fish. Cook dinner 6-7 minutes
7. Add chopped coriander leaves. Delay the flame; cowl the pan in sizzling stoves with no flame in 6 minutes.
eight. Open the lid, watch oil reveals in upside. Serve your rohu fish curry.
