How to cook Australian Beef Wagyu Tenderloin. Rare. Perfectly cooked. Wagyu Beef Tenderloin. Recipes and Beats.

Make it simple! Just few ingredients are needed. Focus in product quality! Easy to cook, just need to follow few simple steps.

Look for a tenderloin between 250 and 300 grams, leave it at room temperature, roughly 25℃. Season it like half an hour before cooking, do not use anything else but salt and pepper, that’s it. Stainless still pan at max heat until starts to smoke, put the filet in and quickly sear all sides evenly, then, roast it in the oven for about 5 minutes at 200℃. Back in the pan, add butter, rosemary, tenderloin and just baste it. Done!
Lastly, let it rest for at least 5 minutes before serving.
